Kiddy breakage replacement warranty

Villeroy & Boch provides a breakage guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase on all porcelain items purchased in Europe from the children’s series “Walk like an Elephant”, “Roar like a Lion”, “Happy as a bear”, “Hungry as a bear”, “Chewy around the World”, “Lily in Magicland”, “Chewy’s Treasure Hunt”, and “Animal Friends” from Villeroy & Boch.

1. The prerequisites for warranty service in accordance with this warranty declaration are as follows:

If a porcelain item from the Villeroy & Boch children’s series “Walk like an Elephant”, “Roar like a Lion”, “Happy as a bear”, “Hungry as a bear”, “Chewy around the World”, “Lily in Magicland”, “Chewy’s Treasure Hunt”, or “Animal Friends” breaks within 2 years of purchase, we will supply a replacement free of charge within Europe under this warranty. If the defective parts are no longer in our product range, we will either supply similar products of the same value from our current range or refund the purchase price.

Statutory rights remain unaffected by the Villeroy & Boch warranty and, insofar as they are more favorable for the end customer, are not restricted by the warranty.

 

The warranty also does not affect the rights that the original customer and, where applicable, the consumer has against the seller from whom the original customer purchased the product.

 

The Villeroy & Boch warranty is subject to German law. The place of performance for the obligations arising from the Villeroy & Boch warranty is Mettlach, Germany. Insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Villeroy & Boch.
